Terms of Service
Last updated September 24, 2026
The short version: your songs and shoots stay yours. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. Only upload music you have the right to use. We work hard to keep Creatrr running, but it's provided as-is.
Agreement
These terms cover your use of Creatrr, run by Gavin Geddes in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. By creating an account or using Creatrr, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to use Creatrr, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a plan.
Your account
Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Free plan and paid plans
- Anyone can use Creatrr for free with 1 song. No payment card is needed.
- Paid plans let you keep more songs. They're billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller (merchant of record) and handles payment, sales tax and receipts. Stripe's own terms apply to the purchase.
- You can switch plans or cancel any time from the app. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
- Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires, or where Stripe issues a refund under its policies. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next billing period.
- If your account holds more songs than your plan allows (for example after cancelling), nothing is deleted — you just can't add new songs until you're within the limit or upgrade.
Songs
Each plan includes a number of songs. A song counts once its audio is in your account. Replacing a song's audio doesn't use a new slot, and deleting a song frees its slot. Very large audio files may be stored as a lighter 16-bit copy for syncing; the timing is kept exact.
Your content
You own the songs, images, shoots and everything else you put into Creatrr. You give us permission to store, copy and process your content only as needed to run the service for you — for example, keeping it in your account and syncing it to your devices. We don't claim any rights to your music.
Only upload material you have the right to use. By uploading, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it this way.
Acceptable use
Don't use Creatrr to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to access other accounts or data, overload or disrupt the service, or resell it without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep Creatrr reliable and your data safe, and we'll keep improving it. Creatrr is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We recommend keeping your original audio files, as with any tool.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Creatrr won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Ending your account
You can stop using Creatrr and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
