Projects
Each project keeps its own shots, references, track, schedule and takes. Everything is saved in this browser.
Get the idea down: references, the track, the shots and where they land in the song. Setup and shoot times are hidden here — you'll estimate those in Plan.

Notes for the day-of producer
Turn the shot list into a day. Group shots by location and setup, estimate setup and shoot time, then build the schedule and the call sheet. The track stays out of the way here.
Drag cards between locations or into a new order. Shading alternates with each setup, so shots sharing a setup stay visibly grouped.
Call sheet details
The date and schedule come from the Schedule tab.

Add each song, mark the parts you want to shoot, and collect reference shots and links. Every shot in a part starts from that part's time. Shot templates live in Plan.
Start with the first song — you'll upload its track right after.

Notes for this song
Set the formula once. Every part of every song gets one of each shot template, so on the day you can stay in a setup and get all the coverage before moving on.
Shot templates
New parts get these automatically. Renaming a template renames its shots everywhere.
Locations
Where you'll be shooting. Each take gets tagged with one, so the editor knows where it came from. Tap a dot to change its color.
Where each part gets shot
Takes logged for a part start tagged with its location. You can still change it on any take.
Each column is a song part. Drag shots to reorder or move them, add one-off extras, or remove what you don't need.
The song is the timeline. Click anywhere on it, or press play, to see which shots cover that moment and the takes called on set. Every shot is listed below.
